Early walk today, windy and 48F. Less trees down than I was expecting after last night's storms and gales.

Wet Wednesday

It's been raining most of the day, but we have a little bit of a break now. Later we are going to be under a gale warning, so that should be fun :) it's a touch warmer though, 48F.

Crazy weather!

After 2" of wet snow overnight it changed to freezing rain and then regular, torrential rain, which has finally let up. It is now 51F and the trail goes from firm and frozen to sloppy and gloopy and back again every 20' or so.

Nice to get a day off courtesy of the many presidents :)

A touch warmer, 19F, and snowing gently, but this weather is crazy- it's supposed to get up into the mid-50s by tomorrow!

And I thought it was cold yesterday? Right now it's warmed up to a balmy 12F, a distinct improvement on the -3F we woke up to this morning!

Home after this to light a fire and hibernate for the rest of the day :)

Freezing! 21F, but -4 with the windchill. And this is nothing... On Sunday morning we're supposed to get down to -2F before the windchill!
