Here's Jackies picture from today's walk- she says the thermometer said 40F, but it felt much colder and was very wet.

Listening to a Beatles playlist on Google Play to celebrate their catalog being released to streaming services today... I had almost everything already uploaded, but what the hey :)

Very similar to yesterday, 48F, but still.
Finishing off "Old Mali and the Boy", I was a bit of a whiney little cur ;)
Tuesday, December 8, 2015
Cooler and a bit breezy, 45F.
I know I said I'd get back to my book today, but the CDs dad had made of his old reel-to-reel taps arrived yesterday, so I'm listening to my performance (aged 11) in "Old Mali and the Boy".
The quality is surprisingly good- dad must have done a good job recording them, and the guy who transferred then to CD did a very nice job too! And my performance is not as cringe-worthy as I thought it would be to listen to 41 years later- I'm actually pretty good :)

Walking off my enormous Joe's Crab Shack lunch from our staff shopping day :)
Very pleasant and warm for the time of year, 54F, low sun and no wind to speak of.
After Rubber Soul I'm now listening to Revolver (which was actually the better album), back to The Goldfinch tomorrow.

Av touch warmer, 52F, with low, late sunshine.

Holly just spent a happy 15 minutes romping around with a 2 year old Border Collie mix, so I think we can class her as pretty much back to fighting form :) Guess I'll have to get the tennis ball back out ;)

And Friday again...
Taking a break from the Goldfinch for a day as I have my camera with me. I am however listening to a random selection of music by Shostakovich, which seems quite appropriate for this strangely warm (71F) and sticky day with a strong, gusty wind.
