Sunday afternoon

Not nearly as cold, 26°, and bright sunshine. A nice walk with June chatting about inline skating and various other subjects.

Saturday

Frigidly cold, 14°, but sunny. The girls are snug in their coats and it's very bracing!

Not listening to anything as my Pixel buds died (I think I need to clean their battery contacts) so it's just me, the girls, and the soft, cotton-wool crunch of the snow underfoot. Which is actually rather nice :)

Friday

A lunch time work because I had to wait for a service tech this morning, but it's nice and snowy and June and I are having a nice conversation.

Thursday

From June as I was taking pictures again:

31°, dimly overcast. The second walk of the day, as the first was interrupted when June found a lost dog sat in the middle of the trail, who has since been returned to her owner. June spent the walk thinking about the logistics of getting into roller skating.

Wednesday

Pretty frigid this morning, 17°, but the sun is out and it's not too windy, so I decided not to force the girls into their coats.

A very pretty winter wonderland this morning, and for most of the walk we are the only people to have put footsteps in it (other than a couple of bunny rabbits), 26F.

A nice lunch time walk with June, the topics of discussion have been mostly political but we've managed to stay pleasant and friendly throughout.
