Holly is back in the woods with us :) most of the ices gone, but it's cold enough this morning that the mud is partly frozen and therefore not to disgusting, 33F.

Another lunch time walk, warm and sunny, 45°. Most of the ice is now gone, but it's very muddy! If it keeps up like this we can bring Holly back here tomorrow :)

Warmer but still icy

A pleasant walk through the woods with June and Faith, it's a little warmer, 37°, but there are still some wicked icy patches to navigate!

Back in Rye, and back at the woods with Faith. Just the two of us as it's still very icy in a lot of spots! Cold, 30°, but nothing like it was up north ;)

Slushy Sunday

Just me and Faith today again as the snow overnight turn to rain and so everything is a slushy, icy mess and I didn't want to put Holly through that. Gray, rainy and 38°.

Saturday afternoon

Just the short loop with June and Faith today as it's very icy underfoot, but we're supposed to get some fresh snow tonight so we'll see what tomorrow brings. Overcast and 36°.

A broken night because of an electrical outage, which led to a very busy morning, so I'm here with Faith for a quick walk around the middle loop before I go home and think about taking a nap!

Snowy Sunday

Just me and Faith today, decided Holly didn't need the extra effort of slogging through the snow with me on my snowshoes ;) Cool and gray, 36F.

Saturday afternoon

The whole family (well, minus Walter) came to the woods today. June and Jackie are walking along the lower trail while I have climbed up to the upper trail to go get the car and then we'll pick them up at the bridge. 

The calm before the storm, 35° and quite still, but we're supposed to get a fair bit of snow and possibly ice tonight.

Another day with just me and Faith, it broke my heart leaving Holly behind this morning but perhaps she'll be back in the next couple of days. Cold and gray and windy, 33°.
