Cool and breezy, 64F, with a mostly grey sky but still no sign of the promised rain.

No audiobook today as I was catching up with Colin in NH :)

Cool and overcast, 62F, and it's been looking like rain most of the afternoon (I spent the morning cleaning all the gutters at the church in anticipation), though none yet. Apparently it's going to rain most of the night and tomorrow- good thing, we really need it!

What a beautiful day! Late sun, a nice breeze and 70F. Today is the first time in ages we've done the long loop comfortably without being drenched in sweat at this point :)

Taking a break from King Arthur and listening to Tubular Bells- which I haven't heard in forever but was reminded of by The Exorcist on TV the other day :)

Lovely fall day- sunny, a gentle breeze and 65F.

We survived the brunch and we're just out for a quick walk before heading over to celebrate Jody's birthday.

Saturday afternoon

Back in the right part the woods; the construction barriers are still up but, as it's the weekend, I could park in the office building across the street's lot.

I've escaped from the craziness of the nursery school touch-a-truck fair for a little while, and it's s nice day- sunny and 70F.

No book today as I've been having a nice chat with my brother via Skype :)

Quite a nice day, 82F but clear and pleasant.

Sir Gareth comes upon the castle of the Brown Knight and the 30 ladies- I'm assuming he will prevail as he's been smiting and running through pretty much everyone he's come across so far ;)

A little more sun today, and a tad less humid, but still warm, 83F.

Warm and sticky again, 80F and still. I have to say- I'm ready to feel chilly and need to put a sweater on!

More Arthurian legend... but I'll tell you something- Merlin is a bit of an ass. He loves to pop up and yell some knight "ooh, you shouldn't have done that, now 3 kingdoms will suffer for 12 years because of what you did". Douche. You couldn't have said that before?

It's a girl!

Didn't get here yesterday what with going to look at Robyn's house and all sorts of other things, but I dropped mum and dad at the airport early this morning and hopefully they had a good flight. The big reveal was today and so far we're blown away by all the incredibly positive reactions we're getting:)
